  • Animation du corner «  Truffe- Fooding » sur le thème «  LA TRUFFE & L’OLIVE… » : par le restaurant  « Le Grand Hôtel » d’Aups, le domaine  » Saint Jean de Villecroze » et la coopérative Oléicole  » l’Aupsoise « .

Démonstration, snacking, dégustation de vin, huile d’olive et truffe d’Aups.

Atelier Culinaire :  » APÉRITIF DE NOEL A LA TRUFFE «  par le restaurant « Le Grand Hôtel »  & le  » Domaine Saint Jean de Villecroze « 

  • 9h30-10h30 : Visite Guidée de la Maison de la Truffe (Aups)
  • 10h30-11H30 : Atelier culinaire/dégustation de vin du Domaine Saint Jean & suggestions de préparations d’apéritif à la truffe d’Aups.
